Problem: Core : “Google Browzer is missing from AOL”
Description: Customer called in and exclaimed that after the previous Dell representative cleaned the Personal Computer of the customer of certain “un-requited programs”, the Google Toolbar was NOT there anymore, at the top of the American Online Browser. I tried to diagnose the issue and discovered that it was not visible even in the right click menu of the Mouse that is normally supposed to show all the Options alongwith the presence of Browzer Toolbars. I, therefore, asked her, the customer to type, in the internet address bar, up at the top, http://toolbar.google.com/T4/index.html. and there she had the option to click on the button labelled install. I asked her to left click, using the mouse on the Install button and the installation begun. Then the installation ended and it did so successfully so. Then we saw the Google toolbar in the place where it should have been and always was! And thus, the case of recently-mysteriously-missing Google toolbar was solved. The Electronic-Mail address of the Customer, N McCox was taken by me and verified phonetically, letter by letter using American Naval Codes. It Checked out perfectly, letter by letter. The Check of the Heat was to be done by the Manager of the Team, Mister Jazzy Dixie, however, the call got disconnected from the Inbound Customer’s End. Therefore, I called her Back using the number provided. The Del Solution Network was in a non working state, hence, could not paste the Journal that was to be pasted as a mandatory compliance.
Solution: Installed Google ToolBar from http://toolbar.google.com/T4/index.html.

Problem: Core : “Google Browzer is missing from AOL”
Description: Called the aforementioned customer 3 times. Got the Voice of a Voice Mail that did not accept incoming messages. Hence Closed the case, emailing the case number to the Manager of the Team, Mr. Jazzy Dixie, for following up on the Check of the heat.
Solution: Closed the Previously Self opened Case.
